Cancellation Policy

Rose the Doula respects a student’s right to privacy and confidentiality.. Within 72 hours, you will receive your custom invoice. All payments must be finalized before RDA to provide any services or course access. The student acknowledges that the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if the student decides not to continue or no longer wishes to have Rose or RDA as their trainers and educators. Should the student withhold information that poses a risk to Rose the Doula’s health ( mental, physical, or spiritual), the contract will become null and void immediately. Additionally, if the student creates an unsafe environment that endangers Rose the Doula, independent contractors, fellow students or others—whether through violence, assault, or hazardous conditions, including but not limited to verbal or physical abuse by the student, partner, friend, or family member—all service will be immediately voided, and no further services will be provided. The deposit must be made in US Dollars and can be paid to Aja Rose or Rose the Doula via cash, check, credit card, Zelle or PayPal. This deposit will be deducted from the total invoice, leaving the student with a remaining balance.
